As I get older, my predilection for the melancholy, moody and mellow is becoming more and more pronounced. This is a brilliant antidote - a perfect jangly fuzzy post punk power pop sub-2 mins piece of pure fun. Great band name too.
Nostalgia, sadness, longing. The whole album feels like autumn: the first crisp mornings, the smell in the air, driving home late on the highway with your window open. It's chilly, but you don't mind. The album encapsulates how you feel as a 20-something reflecting on your childhood, the people you knew, your hometown, longing for a feeling you won't have again. I could listen to this album on repeat forever. perhapsitsnate
What a surprise to discover this album. It is just stunning! What a talent. Every song hits the mark. It will get heavy rotation on my music player. Can't wait for the next album! norm tandberg
